- Shipping location and delivery time
Shipping country: All orders are shipped from the warehouse in Belgium
Processing time: After the order is confirmed, we will complete the preparation of goods and shipment within 15 to 30 working days (excluding weekends and legal holidays). Complex customized accessories may be extended. We will notify you by email at that time. - Delivery range and freight charges
Coverage area: Supports global delivery (except for some countries/regions subject to customs restrictions)
Freight calculation: The freight is automatically displayed on the settlement page, depending on the destination, the weight and volume of the package. Orders placed within the European Union enjoy tariff prepayment services. - Logistics tracking and service
After shipment, you will receive an email with tracking number (to contact@catautomobile.com), which can be tracked in real time through the carrier ‘s official website.
If you do not receive a shipping notice within 30 days, please contact customer service immediately for verification. - Customs and Taxes
Non-eu customers need to bear the import duties /VAT by themselves. It is recommended to check the local policies in advance. The order price within Belgium includes 21% value-added tax. - Delay and out-of-stock handling
In case of insufficient inventory or force majeure in logistics, we will inform you of the estimated delay time by email. You can choose to get a refund or continue waiting. - Contact us
